Thank you for your interest in the historical restoration of St. Joseph Catholic Church, 3rd and Van Buren, Topeka, Kansas.

Please review the Building History and Restoration Details below.

St. Joseph Catholic Church was built through the sacrifice given by the citizens of Topeka especially the Russian German community.

For over one hundred years the twin spires of the church have been an indentifying feature for Downtown Topeka.

Repairs have been identified and costs projected with the help of outside firms:

  • Architect: SFS Architecture
  • Ecclesiastical Designers: Conrad Schmitt Studios
  • General Contractor: KBS Constructors
  • Engineers: Bartlett & West Engineers and PKMR Engineers

It is our hope you see the value and the necessity for this project.

Your donation to save this historical landmark and provide a safe, beautiful church for future generations to worship is greatly appreciated.
